Would you like to be our Secretary?
We need a new Membership Secretary and Company Secretary.
The Membership Secretary will be responsible for organising the circulation of material for every council and executive meeting, and preparing the minutes during and after meetings
The Company Secretary is legally required to communicate with Charity Commission, Companies House and HMRC.
These two positions could be combined into a single role.
